Facilitated sessions to help define and simplify the program's core message and implemented an external communications strategy. Developed graphic standards for logo, color and font use. Designed an informational brochure, application brochure, membership card, point of purchase display and newspaper advertising within brand strategy. Significantly reduced costs by creating effective brand association using two colors and enhanced the quality of materials. Refined the application form which allowed the client to track the success rate of each location and event.
